LocationBay View Villa is situated on a ridge above Marigot Bay, which, with its palm-fringed sliver of white sand protruding across the mouth of a lagoon, is described as “the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean.”
Marigot, a favorite spot for film makers and photographers, contains numerous world-class amenities, such as the five-star Discovery Resort with its bars, restaurants, coffee shop, pools and spa. The Marina Village contains state of the art yachting facilities, and features high-end shops, restaurants, a bank, supermarket, a French patisserie, car rentals, and the Moorings Yacht Charter. Water sports are available through the Marigot Beach Club. This Bay also boasts a number of fine restaurants located along the water’s edge.
There is a regular ferry service from Marigot Bay to Rodney Bay, where one will find shops, bars, nightclubs and lovely Reduit Beach. A ferry is also available to the town of Soufriere - home of the Pitons, Sulfur Springs, and numerous waterfalls, plantations and botanical gardens. St. Lucia’s capital, Castries and the smaller of the island’s two airports are just 20 minutes by car.
