Purchasers of the Rental Pool Villas take possession of a fully furnished villa which will enjoy a minimum 5% pa rental guarantee from handover and for the first 12 months after the hotel re-branding
Rental Pool Villa Owners will receive a 37.5% share of the total hotel room revenue. The 37.5% pool is then split between owners proportionately according to the purchase price of the villa, set at project launch.
